On an Average of 3 mm–4.5 mm
  • Preferred in making flour and other Value added products, as the flour content will be high in these bigger and even sized grains.
  • Finely graded and are free from immature and small sized grains of size below 2.5 mm.

USAGE:
  • Sorghum is as good as barley for malting purposes. Sorghum protein is superior to wheat protein in biological value and digestibility. The sorghum malt is used in the preparation of infant foods and malt extracts produced from sorghum are employed in the pharmaceutical industry, as sorghum is digested slowly, it is an excellent health food for people suffering from diabetes
  • Can be used for birds/animals feed purposes.
